About the Role
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish a call cycle in order to optimise customer service and maintain appropriate customer contact levels
- Prepare quarterly sales plans for all customers in the portfolio for management review
- Maintain the profile of all customers within the portfolio into our CRM
- Review, integrity check and ensure all revenue, rates, cost modelling, billing details and contractual arrangements are in system and valid.
- Maintain a new business pipeline to ensure any loss revenue is quickly replaced.
- Undertake complete customer profitability modelling to ensure that each customer is meeting appropriate profitability benchmarks.
- Manage each customer in accordance with the annual rate review and ensure each customer is approached in accordance with their rate expiry date for the predetermined increase.
- Conduct research in order to gain a full understanding of each customer’s business, and also on their customers’ business and introduce other TGE services to strengthen and foster the relationship.
- Provide monthly KPI reports to customers where agreed.
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with management, operational staff and drivers.
- Establish competitor/market information profile and report market activities to management.
About You
You are someone who possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. As a proactive and driven individual you are able to effectively manage and maintain relationships with clients and respond timely to their needs. Along with this, you work well under pressure and thrive in identifying new opportunities to expand the business. Your strong sales and influencing skills along with your ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders will see you succeed in this role.

- Ability to establish rapport and build business relationships across multiple layers within each customer.
- High level consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Broad business and commercial experience and knowledge.
- Organisation and time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong process and product knowledge of our business or the ability to learn.
- High level presentation skills.
- Budget management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability and comprehension.

- Strong self-management, discipline & confidentiality
