Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for designated client accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional mannerBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutionsCollaborate with senior account managers to develop and implement account strategies to meet client goals and objectivesOversee all aspects of customer account management, including contract negotiation, agreement management, and profitability analysisIdentify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenueAct as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of resources to deliver exceptional serviceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the IT or technology industryStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clientsExcellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and maximizing profitabilityHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when necessaryKnowledge of IT products and services is a plus but not requiredLocation:This role is based in Blackburn North, Melbourne, with occasional travel to client locations across the Melbourne area as neededSalary:Competitive salary based on experience
