WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As a key member of the Program Management Office, you will work with cross functional stakeholders across Nike Pacific and Asia Pacific - Latin America (APLA) businesses to ensure successful delivery of the new automated, state-of-the-art Melbourne Distribution Centre (DC),

Supporting and assisting Program Manager you will coordinate, track and follow up on project activities, deliverables and maintain project documentation including project log and registers (e.g. project actions, issues, risks, changes, minutes, decisions etc.), advise Program Manager, Senior Management and key stakeholders on recommendations to address key project risks and issues and take action as required.

Working closely with project managers and leads across multiple work streams of the program, you will bring your expertise to track & maintain timeline management including the detailed project plan, program 100k plan, and individual work stream timelines, co-ordinate across all work streams and interface between them for the project activities, and build communication channels and relationships with the core project team, to support stakeholder expectations and project success and facilitate team sessions when required.

You will consult, advise, and support core project team on project governance, resource and financial planning, and reporting processes. Support, coordinate and provide input to weekly and bi-monthly project meetings with Internal Nike stakeholders, 3PL partner as well as vendors.

Additionally, you will execute ad hoc supply chain analytics or program activities not stated above

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will gain a wide variety of exposure in this role by partnering with cross functional teams in Nike Pacific, the Asia Pacific - Latin America (APLA) Geography, and Global. You will be critical in supporting cross functional teams to plan, track, and deliver the program. This role will report to the Program Manager of the Australia Fulfilment Network Program.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Proficiency with Project Management tools and comfort with the use of technology
- Strong relationship-building skills; ability to create trust among those with diverse personal styles.
- Proficient use of computer and Microsoft Office product suites, especially Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Available to work flexible schedule when needed to accommodate multiple time zones
- Experience with Distribution Center (DC) transitions is preferred
- Warehouse Management System knowledge preferred, adept with Supply Chain systems and technology. SAP and Manhattan WMS knowledge preferable.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma or other relevant professional certifications preferred
