An exciting opportunity has arisen for a capable Accounts Payable Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller You will have a broad range of responsibilities including:

- Ensuring all payables are processed accurately, on time and complies with accounting standards
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Ensure discrepant invoices are resolved daily
- Check credit card expenses, coding and totals and upload into the system
- Work closely with the Finance team to identify, streamline process and continue systems improvements

To be considered for this exciting role, you will have a minimum of 5 years of Accounts Payable Manager experience from either a ASX listed company or corporate environment. It is essential that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Having a system knowledge of NetSuite and/or Cargowise would be advantageous.
