A career defining opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join us at this very exciting time of expansion. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Accounts Payable Officers, as well as reviewing and implementing processes and procedures to streamline the entire function.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure controls and policies relating to procure-to-pay process are followed across all areas of the business while continuously striving for improvement and efficiency
- Oversee any escalations for invoices or PO processing as required, supporting the team where necessary
- Identify and co-lead the implementation of an expense management and Accounts Payable workflow system
- Manage supplier accounts ensuring timely payments and monthly reconciliations
- Lead and develop a team of Accounts Payable Officers
- Identify and implement process improvements within the ERP system (Business Central)
- Monthly reporting on Accounts Payable
- Manage and coordinate payments when required including the weekly pay-run
- Own the customer refund process ensuring all controls and policies are followed
- Identify and co-champion the implementation of an expense management and AP workflow system

**About You**:

- A minimum of 4 years experience managing a team of AP Officers in a fast-paced environment, processing a high volume of invoices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience creating process improvements within the AP space
- Strong experience with a previous ERP (Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central would be ideal)
- Intermediate excel skills
- A tertiary degree in accounting, finance or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred)

Please note this is a full time position based in our HQ in Alexandria, Sydney, with some flexibility to work from home 1 - 2 day per week.
