**Position**:
As **Accounts Payable Officer**, you will support the finance team by providing timely and accurate processing and payments for Louis Vuitton ANZ.

This position is a for full-time fixed term contract of 12 months.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Code invoices and input into SAP Accounts Payable ledger.
- Process invoice in Gutenberg Verify system for invoice without Purchase Order’s validation.
- Validate Concur expense claims and cash advance.
- Post Store Petty cash’s invoices.
- Process payments for supplier invoices, Concur expense claims and clear store petty cash’s reimbursement in SAP Accounts Payable Ledger.
- Receipt invoices in SAP matching the Purchase Order’s Good Receipts and follow up with store and office teams to complete the purchase order process.
- Liaise with store and head office staff regarding expense reimbursements, payments and purchase orders.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices and payments, request supplier statements of account for monthly reconciliation and respond to supplier queries.
- Maintenance of Supplier records within SAP. Provide data for Payment Times Reporting.
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts payable related balance sheet accounts.
- Regular maintenance of direct debit payments listing.
- Prepare monthly recharge of intercompany amounts for review, generate payment and prepare reconciliation of Intercompany balances.
- Provide training to stores for the Purchase Order system, Concur expense claim and other accounts payable related tasks.
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the Finance Manager.

**Profile**:
You are a proven finance professional, who has likely gained your experience from a Chartered Accounting background. You have a very strong intellect and dedicated work ethic. You will have an eye for detail whilst still being aware and working towards sthe bigger picture.

To ensure your success in this role, you will:

- Hold a university degree in Commerce, Business or Economics, ideally with a major in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experience in Accounts Payable
- Analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail and well organised
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with SAP would be an advantage but is not a must
- As a bonus, have experience in Luxury or Retail
