**The Company**

We are working closely with a market leader, within the services Industries, who are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join the team. This business has seen continued growth, investments and acquisitions over the years which has enabled them to imbed a strong foundation from a size and financial standpoint.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you as the Accounts Payable Manager will be required to perform, but not be limited to:

- Lead, develop & mentor a team of 4
- Manage the full function cycle of the Accounts Payable operations
- Manage cashflow reporting on a daily / weekly & monthly basis
- Manage and be the touch point for all escalations ensuring prompt solutions are provided
- Continuous improvements with systems, processes & procedures
- Maintaining Bank Accounts to ensure sufficient funds are available daily
- Month End Reporting inclusive half year and full year audit processes

**About You**

You will be an experience leader in Accounts Payable having had demonstrated experience leading, driving and mentoring a high performing team. You will have experience ideally from multi-site environments or (FMCG / Retail / Manufacturing or similar) and be a leader with business partnering. This position will require you to build and nurture strong relationships both internally & externally, therefore you will be a highly motivated people person.
