PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with our client based in Regents Park looking for an experienced Accounts Payable officer. Due to expansion, the team are now looking for an experienced Accounts Payable to report directly to the Accounting Manager and be a vital addition to these Regents Park based clients, customers. As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for ensuring the business delivers, so previous exposure within accounts payable is crucial.

Due to expansion, the team are now looking for an experienced Accounts Payable to report directly to the Accounting Manager and be a vital addition to these Regents Park based clients, customers.

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for ensuring the business delivers, so previous exposure within accounts payable is crucial.

**Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to**:

- Processing supplier invoices
- Processing cheques and EFT payments
- Resolving invoice discrepancies
- Monitoring vendor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Answering account enquiries from suppliers and employees
- Assisting with end of month processes
- Assisting with statutory review and audit
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- General administration support to the team

**Essential Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in accounting
- Minimum 2 years' experience in AR, AP, reconciliations or similar
- Intermediate level of MS Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience with regular collation and creation of reports
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and time management skills is a must
