Market leading Property Investment company managing multi billion $ portfolios in various industries.
They have a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join them permanently.
- Manage the accounts payable function across all sectors of the business, operating in the Yardi ERP to match, process and pay committed expenses
- Responsible for analysing accounts payable utilising financial analytic tools within Yardi to manage vendor accounts and ensure payable invoices do not become overdue
- Manage exceptions reporting across the payables function
- Liaise with the Treasury Operations team to forecast funding in relation to invoices due for payment
- Maintenance of the Vendor Masterfile to ensure compliance with policy, including setup and amendment
- Ensure creditor account queries (both internal and external) are answered in a timely and professional manner, including shared management of a central inbox
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained, focusing on building and upholding stakeholder relationships
- Assist with month end reporting, including Accounts Payable analytics and related reconciliations as required
- Operating with consideration of the risk and compliance framework
- On-going process improvement within the accounts payable function
**About you**:
- At least three years in an accounts payable type role
- High volume invoice processing
- 100/day
- Ability to work autonomously and apart of a collaborative team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Intermediate MS Excel skills including g use of pivot tables and V lookups
- Previous, working large ERP experience
