**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at Sunshine North. Reporting to the Confirmations Team Leader, you will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders in the fulfilment of customer delivery requirements and provide general assistance to the production and logistics team. The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
Confirming deliveries to external customers
Proactively advising customers of delivery status and delays
Maintain a close watch over orders in process to keep informed of manufacturing status and, when needed, initiate the necessary steps to maintain conformity with schedules in production
Effectively communicating with all stakeholders and dealing with difficult customers effectively
Handle enquiries and process sales orders for walk-in customers as well as customers over the phone
Provide ad-hoc support and assistance to the confirmations team when required

Experience in the building industry, in a customer services position will be highly regarded

Experience in dealing in a high-pressure environment
Excellent communication skills with a friendly personality
Strong computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
Strong organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Team player
Full - time and able to work across a roster from Monday to Friday 5:30 am till 2pm (No WFH option available)
