Our Australian operation located in Kilcoy, (one hour north-west of Brisbane) is the largest Grain Fed Beef Producer in Australia and our corporate office is based in Birtinya. A recent addition to our group is the Hardwick’s Lamb and Grass-fed Beef company in Victoria.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to work alongside our Sales Team and be an integral part of our Beef Solutions team. This exciting opportunity will see you as a fundamental contributor, involved in supporting quotations, product information and handling of general day to day inquiries using your exceptional customer service experience. Other responsibilities include:

- Highlight customer concerns, common product issues and other repeated queries to management to ensure proactive actions are put in place
- Act as brand and product ambassador
- Educate, empower, and inspire our customers about our brands and products
- Create and update shipping orders, sales order amendments, stock availability and specifications
- Data entry
- Keep a breadth of future products and promote them when possible to customers
- Identify potential sales opportunities in liaison with the sales team

**ABOUT YOU**
You will bring:

- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Administration experience - fast and accurate data entry skills in ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous)
- Forward thinking and able to seek solutions for our customers
- Ability to understand business needs from both a financial and operational perspective
