**A day in the life**:
Based at the Melbourne Store Support Centre (SSC) and reporting to the Senior Manager of International Asset Protection, the APAC Asset Protection People Safety Specialist will be critical to the success of the most complex and important business unit at lululemon, our retail network. The specialist will be instrumental in protecting our greatest asset, our people, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, while educating store teams and partners on ways to minimize safety related incidents.
- Be an ambassador for all things Asset Protection & People Safety; uphold a strong culture of ethics, integrity, and personal responsibility
- You build a vision to support the increasing health & safety regulatory complexities and specific needs of the APAC market
- Implement existing training programs and co-design new content, all whilst building a comprehensive training strategy for the region
- Expand and elevate your unique well-being vision that is aligned with the AP global strategy
- Responsible for safety & well-being guidance for all store types, as well as enrolling partners to incorporate a safety by design mindset
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders across the business, identify areas of opportunity and implement strategies to reduce risk
- Support and be deputised to lead with the resolution of safety, emergency management and crisis response impacting retail locations & SSCs across APAC
- Work with multiple cross functional partners and represent the Asset Protection function to ensure well-being, risk mitigation and financial value are at the heart of each decision
- Liaise with external regional stakeholders in the health & safety space to ensure compliance Is prioritised and necessary standards are met

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years in occupational health & safety, corporate security, internal audit or related function
- Occupation Health & Safety in a retail network and/or retail operations experience an advantage
- Outstanding communication skills, including proven ability to influence in all areas of an organization
- Experience supporting remote stakeholders across Asia Pacific.
