**About The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and hands on Facilities Manager to join our Purchasing and Procurement team assisting in ensuring statutory site maintenance processes are planned and safely managed/executed across all sites including project management of new sites and upgrades. This is a varied and challenging role working for a growing global business offering a hybrid working from home arrangement

**Reporting directly to the Senior Facilities Manager responsibilities will include**:

- Project Management of new sites and upgrades to offices and DC’s including refurbishments
- Resolving all facilities related issues in a timely & safe manner (including escalation where needed)
- Space planning and allocation across the office network
- Management of all leases
- Management of all services including utilities, cleaning, security, waste management and other site
related services costs
- Maintain general oversight to ensure accuracy and ongoing documentation of relevant site related
records and contracts.
- Immediately rectify any WHS or non-compliant issues within the spaces as the per internal process
- Create and supervise planned preventative maintenance programs
- Responsibility to be the key contact for organised works within the spaces as required
- Manage OHS compliance with all internal/external audit and safety prevention programs
- Effective management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**About You**

Ideally you will have a proven track record in a similar Facilities Manager role working across multiple sites and have the following skills/experience:

- Extensive Facilities Management experience gained in a corporate environment
- Experience developing and delivering OPEX budgets
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in OHS management including statutory compliance requirements
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Procurement, contract management and vendor/supplier management experience
- Experience in lease preparation and review
