How you will make an impact
Seeking a specialist medical receptionist to perform reception and administrative duties to patients, doctors, referring practitioners, and allied health staff at Cabrini Specialist Consulting Suites.
The role will primarily be based at Cabrini Malvern and Cabrini Brighton and will also be required to work across our other sites located at Cabrini Hawthorn East and Cabrini Elsternwick.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Performing reception duties, data entry, invoicing, and offering hospitality and efficient services to all visitors and hospital staff.- Maintaining confidentiality and respect for sensitive information.- Answering telephones and other enquiries.- Attending to patient requests, referring to the appropriate person if unable to assist.
You will have:
- Commitment to ensuring a high standard of service for our patient visitors and staff.- Previous reception/office experience (preferably within healthcare and specifically specialist medical rooms).- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn patient administration software.- Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to problem-solve.- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills, and telephone manners.- Adaptable to change within an evolving service.- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently, autonomously, and respectfully within the team.
