Sales Administrator

**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the National Business Manager, Mining the Sales Administrator, Mining will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales administration process for New Mining Equipment - quote to delivery, providing full support to the Account Managers/sales team and national administration team enabling the sales process to be completed efficiently.
The key accountabilities of this role include, but not limited to:
- Ongoing continuous support of the National Administration and Local Mining Sales Teams
- Administration of quote to order to delivery process
- Ensure ease of documentation supply to auditors with a copy of all documentation required under company policy filed within each machine transaction folder (MTF)
- Responsible for making continuous improvement recommendations and assisting with the implementation of nationally approved projects.
- Assist the development of the Mining CRM systems;
- The ability to work independently through process problem solving;
- Assist with Marketing and Pre-sales activities if required.
- Assist with ad hoc administration tasks in relation to new, Trade-in and rental mining sales and reporting as required or directed.
- Responsible and accountable for working safely when performing daily duties in accordance with OH&S legislation and company Take 5 Policy.
- Ensuring all business practices and processes comply with company policies and procedures.
**Roster: Monday to Friday**

**What we are looking for**:
- Ability to follow due process with ability to initiate improvements when required
- Workable knowledge of Microsoft Applications including CRM D365 and AX Dynamics
- High level of computer skills and interpersonal skills
- Professional Self Starter with ability to work unsupervised
- Have a positive attitude and a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail and highly motivated
- Customer focused thinking
- Experience in a dynamic sales environment
- System Application Programs (SAP) experience preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley compliance / auditable data and process
- Mechanical aptitude an advantage
- An understanding of workshop process and flow
- Understanding of business finance concepts
