**About the role**:
**WA Hino **(part of Eagers Automotive) is looking for a highly motivated
**Warranty Administrator **with exceptional organisational skills to join our team in Welshpool.

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, this role is integral to the administrative support of the Service Department.

As a Warranty Administrator you will be responsible for processing all documentation relating to the service of vehicles whilst within the warranty period. It is imperative that the Warranty Administrator maintains a professional attitude at all times and deals with any issues in a timely manner.

**This includes**:

- Compile and complete warranty claims following guidelines set by the manufacturer
- Keep valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted
- Maintain warranty storage of returned parts and return all parts requested
- Submit transport and hidden damage claims
- Complete costing of repair orders and assist in other department costing duties, as required by Management

**About you**:
**You will ideally possess**:

- Experience with ERA software (highly regarded but not essential)
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience within costing in automotive industry (highly regarded but not essential)
- Full Australian manual driver’s licence
