
Office Administrator

A leading awning and umbrella provider in Perth for 15 years, we require someone to fulfill an admin position for our new office and showroom.
The position would suit a quick learner who is well organised, well presented and self motivated. You will need to have excellent communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of written and spoken English. Monday - Friday 9am-4pm
Main responsibilites will include:
- Customer and supplier data entering
- Assisting sales and operation managers
- general accounting duties
- Answering and managing phone calls
- Updating social media platforms
- General Office duties
- Multitasking across computer programs
- Communicating with production team
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly and punctual for a fulltime position. Someone who can grow with the role and become an integrated team member.
**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Australia (required)
