**Crommelin** is seeking a proactive and dedicated Warehouse Administrator to be an integral part of our warehouse team. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments and delivering top-notch customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**
- Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting with inquiries, order updates, and delivery statuses.
- Collaborate with the sales and production team to ensure customers' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Handle customer enquiries with empathy, aiming for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.

**Order Management**:

- Process and manage incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to prioritize order fulfillment and timely delivery.

**Invoicing and Documentation**:

- Generate and process invoices for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain meticulous records of invoices, shipping documents and other relevant documentation.

**Freight Booking and Quotes**:

- Assist in booking freight shipments with our carriers to meet delivery deadlines.
- Obtain competitive freight quotes, to optimize costs.
- Coordinate shipping and tracking details, providing updates to relevant parties.

**Daily Reports**:

- Prepare and submit daily reports to management, summarizing warehouse activities and key performance indicators.
- Assist in implementing strategies to enhance warehouse productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in warehouse administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Familiarity with freight booking and logistics is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $26.40 - $27.90 per hour
