We e have a newly created role for a **Customer Service Sales Coordinator **to support our Customer First philosophy. This role is critical within our broader Customer Service Excellence Team.

Whilst you will be focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market, this role will see you responding to sales queries, quoting customers, processing orders, liaising with other branches and internal departments to source products and occasional counter sales requirements to meet internal and external customers. No day will ever be the same

**Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders on a day to day basis
- Process customer orders, quoting, and manage the end-to-end customer interaction
- Providing product-based information and cross-selling products where required

You will be well supported with a team of technical and sales experts.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Sales and customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication with a proactive approach
- Comprehensive computer experience specifically Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word a must)
- Strong time management skills
- A solutions focused approach to problem solving
- Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch
- Attention to detail and focus on completion of allocated tasks
- Ability to multi-task as necessary during busier periods
- Experience with industrial products such as lifting and rigging, trade products is preferred but not essential

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Welshpool WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
