**About the Role**
We have an opening to join our Work from Home Lead Generation Team
In this role you will be contacting Australians to offer complimentary super reviews to ensure their current super setup is in check to meet their retirement goals.
You will be working alongside our inhouse Lead Generation Team to meet weekly Targets.
As this role is work from home, we are looking for mature minded applicants who can work remotely to achieve team goals and targets
Omni Research will provide you with all the tools to succeed in this role.
What we provide:
- All Leads washed in accordance with DNC Register Standards
- Ongoing Training & Development Sessions
- Weekly Performance Reviews and Pay Reviews.
- Scripting and Objection handling
- CRM for entering Generated Leads
- CRM Calling Platform
- One on One Support and weekly coaching and feedback
What are the Requirements for the role:
- Reliable Computer or Laptop
- Relevant Security Software and Anti-Malware
- Home Office dedicated for Work with professional sounding environment.
- Strong and reliable internet connection preferably NBN
- Previous Lead Generation and or appointment setting experience highly advantageous
- An Australian Business Number (ABN) for payment of hours worked
- Australian Bank Account for weekly remittance
Renumeration
- $30 Per Hour
- Commission for Leads Generated over KPI
- Commissions payable for leads to Proposal over KPI
- OTE Earnings of $55K to $95K of current in-house performance
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
