**Your new role**
Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, your primary role purpose will be to deliver a specialised customer service.
- Delivery of exceptional customer service in accordance with the organisational values.
- Identifying customer needs and providing all possible solutions to ensure that we can help them.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
- Experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated customer service experience - that includes building customer confidence, active listening, and excellent telephone manner
