**Our client is a charity only call centre dedicated to transforming the traditional fundraising process.**

**Partnering with charities across Australia, the team are a passionate group of fundraisers who pride themselves on returning excellent results.**

**Their goal is simple
- to provide the best representation for the amazing causes that they support**
- **_Full Time
- 10am - 7pm. (9 Day Fortnight)_**:

- **_Part Time
- 2pm - 7pm. Minimum 25 hours per week_**:

- **_Monday - Friday_**:

- **_Above award rate of $31.25 per hour plus super_**:

- **_Full training provided in a supportive & encouraging environment._**:

- **_No cold calling
- all calls are made to existing supporters or have requested information_**:

- **_No call centre experience required
- just an excellent attitude and desire to learn and make a difference._**:

- **_Working with a team of fundraisers with a vast range of knowledge and experience._**

**Responsibilities**:

- Inbound and outbound calls with existing supporters of various charities.
- Building rapport with supporters.
- Raising vital funds required for the organisations who need our help.
- Putting supporter care first, not the sale.

**Requirements**:

- Resilience and enthusiasm.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Self-motivation within a team environment.
- Part Time
- Able to work a **minimum** of 5 days a week (25 hours).
- Genuinely passionate about making a difference.

**Positivity Perks-**
- Full Time Position
- 9 Day Fortnight with an early finish on the final day of the week.
- Optional Saturday shifts at hourly rate of $37.50.
