**Key Account Manager** to join our Queensland team to manage and grow our existing client accounts. As a member of the team, you will draw on your sales skills and experience in building relationships with customers and achieving outstanding sales results for the business.

- $100,000 - $130,000 + super + car + tools of trade_**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, including developing and implementing account plans to increase sales and profitability

Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the building materials industry

Understand and communicate technical information about products and services to customers

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including customer service, operations, and technical teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and results

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes

**Key Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the building materials industry

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner

Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
