**Job Title: Resource Enablement Lead - PMO**
**Location**: Melbourne (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)
**Engagement Type**: Full-time Contract (6 months)
**Start Date**: Immediate

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Recruitment Support**: Coordinate resourcing needs and assist in the hiring process to meet project timelines.
- ** Vendor Management**: Maintain vendor relationships and ensure performance and contractual obligations are met.
- ** Procurement Oversight**: Support procurement activities to ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with project objectives.
- ** Timesheet Reconciliation**: Oversee timesheet processes to ensure accurate payroll and invoicing.
- ** Budget Management**: Monitor project budgets, assist with forecasting, and conduct variance analysis.
- ** Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports on financials, performance metrics, and key operational indicators.
- ** Project Enablement**: Support pre-discovery activities and assist in removing operational blockers to enable timely project initiation.
- ** Contract Management**: Manage and coordinate contracts, ensuring alignment with delivery goals and compliance standards.
- ** Process Improvement**: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to streamline delivery and support functions.
