About the role
The Enterprise Resource Planning Lead is a key role in our Risk Culture & Project Management Office Branch. Reporting to the Team Leader, Project Management Office (PMO), this role will develop an enterprise-wide view on resource planning and adaptive management, where tools, processes and culture enable the right skills to deliver the right projects at the right time. The successful applicant will also be part of a PMO team that will continue to develop and embed project management capability across the organisation.
About you
You will build a resource planning approach that is fit for purpose, considers strategic organisational priorities, and provide guidance and coaching on project planning and delivery per the requirements of SV's Project Management Framework. Any processes to uplift resource planning or manage projects will be developed in collaboration with SV's new IT strategy.
You will be an individual who has been involved in complex and high-profile projects, has experience guiding project managers through complex governance processes, and can have hard conversations about priorities and impact.
