**Your new role**

The Technology Enablement Lead will lead the delivery of complex technology projects / programs / portfolio of initiatives to enable better outcomes for our members and colleagues.

**Key responsibilities will include;**
- Manage key technology outcomes that embed standard and consistent practices across all global technology teams, including supporting new methods, tools, practices and continuous improvement to ensure that technology processes operate efficiently and towards service excellence
- Understand the Fund’s strategic and departmental objectives and agreed service levels, as well as external factors (such a regulatory requirements), and use this information to design and maintain reporting outcomes and other activities
- Play an active role in early engagement with Technology Services to assess technology impacts, dependencies, and do-ability
- Drive evidence based, pragmatic decision making - through the selection of appropriate and simple reports and metrics that provide solid data for informed and efficient decision making
- Develop and support the creation and distribution of appropriate stakeholder artefacts and communication cadence through project lifecycle
- Assist in uplifting agile delivery and user centric design practices across the Fund
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across the Technology Services team
- Project planning and management including governance, status reporting, scope management, schedule management, financial management, quality management, resource management, stakeholder management, vendor management, integration management, risks, issues & dependency management

**What you’ll need**
- Human centred design / value stream / ideation expertise
- Proven portfolio management experience
- In-depth, hands on experience in delivering initiatives utilising agile techniques
- Strategic thinking with proven experience in leading transformational type programs
- Commercially astute, with strong financial management, supplier management, and negotiation/influencing skills
- Ability to develop and maintain high quality interpersonal relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside the Fund
- Experienced in operating in a hybrid (insourced & outsourced) operating environment with strong vendor management skills
- Experienced in engaging, motivating and managing global teams
- Experience in Financial Services, Investment Management and / or Superannuation areas
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Relevant certifications in project management, such as, Prince2 or PMP
- Agile certification such as Scaled Agile
