The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support and strategy across FK Architects. This role partners closely with leaders to manage day-to-day HR matters, talent acquisition, and cyclical people programs, while also providing guidance and coaching to develop leadership capability. With the support of a HR Coordinator, the HRBP ensures HR practices reflect both compliance and the distinctive culture of the practice.

General HR Support

• Act as the first point of contact for all HR matters and deliver timely, practical advice to leaders and employees.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are up to date, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Leadership Partnering & Coaching

• Partner with leaders across all project and corporate functions to build people capability.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and people leadership.

Talent Management & Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition: workforce planning, attraction, recruitment and onboarding.
• Guide leaders on succession planning, talent development and retention strategies.

Cyclical HR Programs

• Coordinate and manage annual HR activities: remuneration reviews, performance management cycles, and professional development programs.
• Oversee learning and development initiatives to support career growth.

People Leadership

• Manage and mentor the HR Coordinator to support their professional development and ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
• Provide guidance and direction on day-to-day HR administration.

Culture & Engagement

• Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture that celebrates creativity and professionalism.
• Ensure decisions are commercially sound, people-focused, and risk-aware, reflecting the firm's balanced approach.

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (essential).
• Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist position within professional services, design, or similarly creative industries (preferred).
• Experience in managing or mentoring junior HR team members.
