**About the role**:
The Resource Development Support Officer supports a best practice approach to e-learning, provides a high quality of customer service to all stakeholders and consistently demonstrate a high level of effective written and verbal communication skills whilst supporting the RTO Learning & Design Coordinator and team to ensure all procedures and workflows are in line with procedural requirements

The role entails administrative support to produce high quality and innovative training and assessment resources in the LMS, master resource files, within agreed timeframes as per the resource development schedules and RTO priorities.

You will be required to review/edit resource development documentation, maintain resource development folders and file maintenance, administer Learning Management Systems (LMS)

The role requires strong working relationships and effective communication links with clients, users, management, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that the resources are of highest quality and standard, and the development team consistently provides excellence in customer service.

**Highly Desirable**:

- RTO or similar administration experience
- Certificate III in Business or similar
- Learning Management System experience
