Technical Support Officer (with a Sales Pathway) – Brendale, QLD

Right now, we're looking for someone to
start in technical support
, get to know our software and our clients — and then grow into a hybrid role that blends
support
with
sales and client engagement
.

What You'll Be Doing (First 6 Months)

  • Supporting users by solving real technical problems (no scripts, no robotic queues)
  • Learning our software inside and out — and helping others do the same
  • Collaborating with a down-to-earth team that values doing things right

What You'll Grow Into

  • Engaging with prospects and clients to understand their needs
  • Assisting with demos, trials, and onboarding — no cold calls, just meaningful conversations
  • Acting as a bridge between technical understanding and real-world application

About You

  • Technically curious — you understand systems, even if you're not from an IT background
  • Empathetic and clear when communicating — whether it's to a seasoned estimator or someone brand new
  • Excited to build long-term relationships, not just fix tickets
