An opportunity currently exists for a Content Manager to join a fabulous marketing team on a F/T, permanent basis.

Today, they are the leading retailer specialist, with a dominant network of more than 100 family owned and operated stores, servicing Australia nationally. This is a brand that is highly recognisable and has stood the test of time

**The Role**:
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will play a lead role in implementing content strategies nationally, briefing creative, media and PR agencies and managing 2 x direct (Content Writer / Content Producer). You will play a key role in developing content strategies across a number of channels, identifying the tone of voice, and best practice content guidelines.

**Key Duties**:

- Managing content production (end to end)
- Managing multiple different content campaigns
- Implementing content for scripts, TV ads, storyboards, blogs and podcasts
- Implementing long & short form content across various customer channels.
- Managing up to 3 agencies (PR, Creative & Media)

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong capability to prioritise content production and timelines
- Excellent organisational skills
- A well versed, commercial content specialist, who know how to create captivating, engaging content
- An understanding of best practice content guidelines
- A strong communicator
- Exceptional written skills and agency management experience.
