Compass Group is a world leader in catering and support services. We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator, to play a key role in the day to day running of our Support Office in Cannon Hill. This is the perfect role for someone with experience in an administrative support role, looking to take that next step into a global organisation where you will genuinely have a career path in our business.
**The Position**
Reporting to our Business Support Manager, this position ensures our support office runs efficiently. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following;
- Coordinating office support and activities
- Front desk reception management
- Manage incoming / outgoing mail and courier bookings
- General administrative duties including support with general business enquiries
- Assist with general office upkeep ensuring Kitchen facilities, stationery and office equipment are well stocked and maintained
**The Person**
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- Customer service focus, with flexible approach and attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
