Administrative Coordinator, Clinical Leadership Programs

About the role: 2 x ongoing roles

The Administrative Coordinator, provides high-quality administrative, operational, coordination and project support to enable the effective functioning of Safer Care Victoria's (SCV) Chief Clinical Officers and broader Clinical Leadership Programs team.

Reporting to the Senior Coordinator, the role supports day-to-day operations by managing scheduling, correspondence, logistics, documentation, and key project-related tasks. The Administrative Coordinator works closely with the broader team to support the coordination and documentation of meetings, workshops, events, and stakeholder engagements. This includes preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, tracking action items, and coordinating follow-up activities to support timely delivery of outcomes.

The role also plays an important role in facilitating internal and external stakeholder communication, supporting onboarding and capability development activities for the Chiefs, and maintaining systems that enhance alignment between clinical leadership and organisational priorities. Working collaboratively, the administrative coordinator will utilise proven communication, project, administrative and coordination skills to ensure the delivery of key branch projects and initiatives.
