Experience with Google Analytics, video creation and editing, and a strong understanding of Microsoft and Adobe programs is essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all **social media content creation** and scheduling across platforms.
- Design and create engaging **monthly newsletters** to inform and engage our audience.
- Coordinate **events** from inception to execution, including venue bookings, accommodation arrangements, agenda planning, and organizing merchandise.
- Act as the primary liaison for **trade shows**, coordinating participation logistics and representing our brand professionally.
- Create and **edit compelling product photos and videos** to enhance marketing campaigns.
- As we sponsor a V8 Super UTE, **travel for 6 events per year** is required to gather content and represent the brand.
- **Assist with SEO and AdWords strategies**, ensuring campaigns are optimized and contributing to business growth.
- Provide insights and support in **Google Analytics** to help evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Support different divisions and staff members with **marketing materials** and coordination efforts.
- Independently and collaboratively work within a team environment to achieve marketing goals.
- **Develop and execute special offer promotions** to drive sales and engagement.
- **Design and produce product brochures** that effectively showcase our offerings.
- **Update and maintain content on our website** to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Review and enhance **SEO**, **AdWords**, and **Google Analytics** strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing**, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in **social media management, event coordination, content creation, and marketing strategy**.
- **Experience with Google Analytics** to track and measure marketing performance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- **Experience with video creation and editing**, understanding of **Adobe Creative Suite** or other editing programs and Microsoft programs.
- **SEO and AdWords experience** with a focus on optimizing online campaigns for business growth.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights for continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the capability to work independently when needed.
- A portfolio showcasing **previous marketing work**, including video content and design, will be highly regarded.

- Friday at our office in Tullamarine.
