**About our Company and this Role**:
Chemical Formulators Pty Ltd (Chemform/Harlott) is a medium sized, family owned Australian business. We are a rapidly growing manufacturer and distributor of cleaning chemicals and supply various market sectors throughout Australia. Due to our ongoing expansion, we now require a new Full Time Warehouse & Service Coordinator to join our Melbourne Based Distribution Centre in order to keep up with the orders.

This position will report to the National Field Sales Manager and will assist the Logistics and Service Manager in the day to day operation of the distribution warehouse. Daily tasks include picking stock, preparing and delivering loads and maintaining the warehouse. It will also be required to assist with service and installation as required.

This is a permanent full time position working 38hrs a week between Monday - Friday. A six month probationary period applies and if any overtime is required (such as during peak periods or client installations) then it will be paid at penalty rates.

**The job involves (but not limited to)**:

- Organise the assembly, stocking, installation and maintenance of dispensing equipment and consumables to meet our customers’ needs. Installation to be performed at customers’ premises. Complete training to be provided.
- Assist with administration tasks such as printing Safety Data Sheets etc.
- Ensure picked stock is clean, presentable and suitable for despatch.
- Conduct deliveries and collection of goods.
- Driving forklifts.
- General warehouse duties.

**Essential Qualifications (evidence must be supplied at interview)**:

- Forklift License LF (forklift truck) - to meet the requirements of Worksafe W.A.
- Driver’s License - current “C Class or higher” driver's license.
- Current Police Clearance - this is required to access many of our client sites.
- COVID Vaccinations in line with any VIC state requirements.

**Desired Knowledge and Experience**:

- Previous experience as a delivery driver/truck driver and a good knowledge of the Melbourne metropolitan region.
- An understanding of classifications and regulations associated with the storage and transportation of dangerous goods (ie Dangerous Goods Legislation).
- Previous experience working in chemical stores and transportation.
