We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Business Support Coordinator** who will have an overall responsibility for leadership support, onsite training and event planning, travel coordination and business support. This is a busy and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, with a positive mindset and a genuine “can-do” attitude.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating onsite training and events, managing travel arrangements, assisting with internal communications, and delivering all-around business support across multiple functions. Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll be liaising with a range of stakeholders and helping to keep things running smoothly day to day. Here’s a sneak peek into what you’ll be doing:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Business Administration**: Provide proactive and efficient administrative support across various business functions.
- ** Training & Event Coordination**: Lead the planning and execution of internal training sessions, team events, and corporate gatherings, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly from start to finish.
- ** Travel Management**: Coordinate domestic and international travel for employees and stakeholders. This includes booking flights, accommodation, and transport, as well as managing any unexpected changes.
- ** Marketing & Communications**: Assist with the execution of marketing initiatives and support both internal and external communication efforts.
- ** Facilities Management**: Take ownership of the office environment and oversee day-to-day operations and facilities to maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- ** Uniform Administration**: Manage uniform inventory and distribution for the Australian business, ensuring staff have what they need and that compliance requirements are met. Track stock levels, manage distribution, and handle any escalations or issues.
- ** Fleet Coordination**: Support the local management and maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring all servicing, documentation, and compliance requirements are consistently up to date.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identify gaps, set up new processes where needed, and drive innovative initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the business.

**Qualifications** What You’ll Bring**:

- A university degree in a relevant field is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in business support, administration, or a comparable role
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and multitask efficiently
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
