In this role you will support our ENData subsidiary which focus on the property segment and is transforming the world of property claims in Australia.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager, to drive Solera Property Claims offering for the Australian market, working closely with Endata Development, Operations & Business teams and the global product management organization, to deliver added value solutions and Services to Solera customers in Australia and neighboring countries.

What You’ll Do

Refine and maintain the Australia Property Claims product Roadmap taking into account all relevant stakeholders and aligning to Solera Property claims Product Vision and Strategy,

Develop a deep knowledge of the Australian/New Zealand Property Claims Markets and local competitors’ landscape,

Gain in-depth level of understanding on the assigned product(s), including personas and use cases,

Analyze stakeholders’ needs and facilitate workshop and brainstorming sessions to extract configuration and product requirements, including workflow and integration points (where relevant)

Help us grow the business by supporting the Solera business teams and our existing & potential customers with product expertise, by understanding and helping us to improve product-market fit, and by stepping in where needed, including providing compelling demonstrations of the solutions to potential customers when required,

Drive the epics and user-stories definition and participating in the agile ceremonies,

Collaborate with the team, including Developers, QA and Scrum Master to deliver valuable product increments,

Manage the sprint backlog, and drive grooming sessions with the development team to get Story point estimations on jira tickets,

Develop product documentation such as user guides and release notes to help the Solera business entities understand new product functionalities and how to enable / release them,

Track and analyze product performance metrics (usage Analytics) driving fact-based decisions,

Align with Solera’s Demand Management process in order to prioritize features and development generating the highest value for the business.

Full professional proficiency in English (writing and communication skills in English),

Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain-points through data and customers/stakeholders’ insights,

Excellent story-telling and communication skills, i.e. to effectively communicate requirements and goals to the teams involved,

Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Software Development frameworks and Atlassian tools. Experience with MS Azure DevOps is a plus,

A BSc/MSc education in Product Management, Computer Science or equivalent,
