We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our product portfolio, specifically working on projects related to products supporting mining operations.

About the roleLeveraging strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen, you will work with customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive customer success by:
- Identifying opportunities within customers
- Creating future-focused and scalable solutions to define and deliver today
- Developing and delivering the Product Road Map
- Launching new initiatives and managing the growth of established products
- Understanding customer problems, creating requirements, designing solutions, and delivering outcomes
- Collaborating with sales, UX/UI design, software development (Brisbane-based), and marketing teams to ensure product success
A background in mining or mining technology is essential to understand modern issues facing customers in the industry.
- Strong innovation, stakeholder engagement, and ability to define success through documentation and requirements analysis
- Experience in product management, preferably in software or technology sectors
- Exposure to mine optimisation, automation, or operations management is beneficial
- Proven project management experience
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Tertiary qualifications in a technical discipline are an advantage but not essential
