Abel Tasman Village is a non-for-profit, 72-bed residential Aged Care facility, that was established in 1994 and since then has built a reputation of delivering outstanding care to our ageing population. Our name is well known,and respected in the community and that of the surrounding areas and we find ourselves as one of the preferred residential Aged Care faciltities in South Western Sydney.

**The Role**

Join our dynamic team as an HR Manager, where you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. You will lead the recruitment process, support employee development, and ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented, all while maintaining a culture that values diversity and employee engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.
- Identify staffing needs and create a strong, engaging work environment.
- Develop and maintain HR forms, procedures, and policies.
- Guide managers through performance reviews, including probationary reviews.
- Support Work Health and Safety, managing incident reports and corrective actions.
- Provide advice on HR issues such as employment law, employee relations, and policy matters.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance.
- Develop HR policies in line with best practices.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Promote a positive, inclusive work culture that values diversity and employee engagement.
