**About the opportunity**
An exciting opportunity presents itself for an enthusiastic individual to join our International Trade and Investment Centre (ITIC). The ITIC team are a supportive and passionate group of professionals who assist WA businesses with advancing import/export strategies and sales, developing investment readiness skills and connecting them with relevant international buyers and suppliers, leveraging CCIWA’s significant networks.

As an individual with great attention to detail and a natural flair for organisation, you will use your skills to provide a high level of customer-centric service to clients and support the team by taking care of the administrative requirements.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Providing a range of administrative support such as scanning, filing, and mailing
- Processing, issuing and invoicing Certificates of Origin and associated documentation
- Point of contact for AMCL queries & leads (Australian Made Campaign Ltd)
- Prepare Ambassador visit meetings/scheduling.
- Administrate monthly Credit Card invoices, Carnet and AMCL accounts
- Providing additional support to the team as requested

This is full time permanent role available for immediate commencement.

To be considered for this role you will possess:

- Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service
- Ability to work and learn both collaboratively and independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft suite of products, specifically Excel, Word and Office 365
- Some experience in export documentation will be highly regarded
