Our client, a government trading enterprise, that has an outstanding record as a comercially successful enterprise, is seeking an Administrator to join them for a 3 month contract with an immediate start.

Based in their Kwinana Commercial Offices you will be responsible for:.
- Provide administration support for invoicing, purchase orders's etc.
- Assisting other users with routine tasks and provide training and assistance in the new system when familiar with it.

You will have:

- Demonstrated experience in office Administration.
- Experience with a computer-based maintenance management system (Oracle preferred).
- High level computer literacy skills, including Excel.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal effectively with internal customers.
- Experience in Maintenance Mangement Systems and procurement systems is highly regarded.
