**What we expect**
- Demonstrated capability and experience in automotive repair industry in a similar role
- Competency to work independently, supervisory or management experience advantageous
- Conducts checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality
- Understands the repair process, excellent time management
- High level of interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively with customers and team members
- Focused on high quality outcomes and exceeding customer expectations
