Due to exponential growth of our busy Service Department we are on the hunt for an experienced Technician for the role of Quality Controller/Road Tester to ensure the quality of work through our Service Department is of the highest standard, which in turn leads to 100% customer satisfaction.

This role, reporting to our Workshop Controller, is predominantly off-the-tools but requires someone who is mechanically-minded, detail oriented and thrives working in a fast paced environment. In this varied and interesting role you will be responsible for road testing and QC'ing all completed cars as well as other duties as required throughout the day. Your role will also include mentoring and guiding our team of technicians, ensuring any required reworks or adjustments are turned into a learning exercise.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership environment
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
  • EraPower/Triage experience will be held in high regard

This is an exciting role for an experienced technician looking to work Monday-Friday and take a step back from the heavy lifting required by a hands on automotive tech.

Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience.
