**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage employee relations issues, following Australian fair work guidelines for performance management, leave of absence, and terminations
- Onboard new hires, ensuring they have the information and resources they need to be successful in accordance with Australian regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with Australian superannuation and leave entitlements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Australian federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with Australian privacy laws
- Provide general HR support to staff and managers
- Stay up-to-date on Australian HR trends and best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role (Preferred 5+ years of experience)
- 2-3 years of International HR Experience (India) preferred
- Strong understanding of Australian HR principles, legislation and employment practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
