**About the opportunity.**

This role is available due to Parental Leave therefore it is available on a 6mth Fix Term Contract. You will bereporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for providing brand/product inspiration, education and training to our distributors, retail partners and field representatives primarily in ANZ, across Sukin, Andalou and Mineral Fusion brands. With a passion for Total Beauty (Skincare and Make-up), this role delivers in-depth education on both new and existing products, key ranges and selling strategies to maximize sales opportunities. The Product Education Specialist is responsible for online and offline education across all brands and all channels in their territory.

This role is also responsible for providing internal and external education content through the creation of videos, blogs, training manuals, staff inductions and any other education support platforms, in collaboration with the brand team and the digital team. Finally, this role represents the brands at conferences, B2B, PR and B2C events requiring in-depth technical knowledge about the brands and their relevant products.

**What is your day-to-day like?**
- Develop and manage new and existing training materials, procedures and protocols globally ensuring standards are met throughout all training sessions.
- Deliver exceptional training to our customers, field sales team, distributors in various formats (in-store, offline, pre-recorded sessions, live online sessions)
- Keep abreast of new trends, information, ingredients, products and treatments and utilise this information in training programs as well as educate the marketing team.
- Work with the wider Marketing Teams and Sales Teams to develop the training strategy, training calendar, relevant training programs, digital learning modules and support the growth and development of education within the business.
- Build client relationships with customers and distributors to improve overall revenue.
- Support participation at conferences, trade shows, PR events and consumer events on a global scale. Support sales team with projects including Roadshows and Conferences as required.
- Ensure all training initiatives are conducted efficiently, whilst being engaging and impactful to meet learning objectives
- Ensure training resources are consistently aligned with Global and Local marketing initiatives
- Ensure up-to-date information including training materials, ingredients and changes to product formulations
- Collaborate with our Educators and Business Development Managers to provide support and training to our stockists

**What you will bring to this role**:

- Beauty Therapy or Dermal Therapy qualification
- Training/Education qualification desirable (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment)
- Recent experience as a professional make up trainer or make up artist
- Make-up trainer/artist qualification/experience desirable
- Knowledge of active ingredients in skincare products essential
- A passion for our brands & the industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills. The ability to effectively deliver training to trainees of all experience levels is essential.
- Proven ability to present and perform engaging product knowledge training to varied audiences, for maximum information retention
- Be quality-focused ensuring that high training standards are delivered.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
