Join the Tibaldi team as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist / Advisor based in Clayton, Victoria in either an on-site part-time or full-time role. Manufacturing experience is essential.

**Your Story**

Tibaldi is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist / Advisor to join our Tibaldi team in Clayton, Victoria. This on-site role is ideal for those at the early stages of their OHS career or experienced professionals looking to balance work and family life. In this position, you will be responsible for helping to shape the Health and Safety culture at Tibaldi.

Everyday this role will see you:

- Act as an advisor on OHS matters, whilst having regard to relevant legal frameworks, policies, procedures in a proactive manner.
- Ensure that adequate systems and controls are in place to ensure compliance with relevant workplace health and safety legislation.
- Maintain relevant policies, procedures, systems, information and training programs to support and communicate effective OHS practices across the business.
- Management of safety incidents in line with Australian Standards. This will include a strong focus on ensuring the appropriate corrective actions are identified and implemented in a timely manner.
- The production of relevant, accurate and timely reports for safety related decision making.
- Facilitate safety related education and training programs.
- Development of Safety KPI’s for applicable employees.
- Use your manual handling experience to develop robust ways of working.

**Our Ways of Working**

Your hours of work will be performed between 7.00am and 6.00pm on nominated days. However, if you are an early bird or a night owl, need to drop off or pick up the kids on a particular day, or have a sporting training commitment then we may be able to make that work too Let’s talk it through.

A competitive salary package will be offered based upon your levels of experience and skills. This will be discussed during the recruitment process.
