**Responsibilities include**:

- Compiling, processing and producing graduation reports, statements, verifications and qualifications
- Liaising with students, campus managers, and other stakeholders
- Extensive administration of the student management system
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulatory environment, regulatory frameworks, and professional accreditation bodies

You will join a cohesive and passionate team working together to best support students throughout the life cycle of the student journey from beginning to end.
- Experience in administrative role with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated strengths in providing excellent customer or student support and advice in a professional environment
- Complaint management and resolution skills
- High level communication, interpersonal and time management
- Advanced competencies in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and student records software
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritise a busy work load

It is advantageous if you have experience in an education and student services environment, however demonstrated experience in professional environment with a mix of administrative and coordination tasks, working towards positive customer or client outcomes will certainly be considered.
