**National Appointment Setter**

**$60,000 + Super**

**The Role**:
In this role you will be responsible for:

- Being the first point of contact for all enquiries
- Responding to inbound web enquiries for new participants looking to join the program - including taking detailed notes on their situation
- Setting appointments for Senior Team Leads
- Managing inbound enquiries from support workers looking to join the company
- Looking after onboarding process of new support workers including setting them up in HR systems

**The Person**:

- Be energetic, fun and friendly
- Work well in a team
- Have a high level of communication skills - you will be on the phone regularly
- Have a strong level of written communication
- Be able to attend work in their Drummoyne based office 5 days per week
