We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet and Travel Coordinator to support the Fleet and Travel Manager by arranging and advising on all business activities related to fleet and travel as well as managing associated expenses. This role is based in our new state of the art building in Dandenong South.
**Reporting to the Fleet and Travel Manager, your key responsibilities will include**:
- Assisting and advising staff on all fleet related enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records of all fleet accidents and incidents
- Responding to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Full administration support to the Fleet & Travel Manager
- Providing monthly analysis and data reconciliation for all vehicles in the fleet, including lease data, fuel charges and usage
- Provide support as required with travel and event enquiries and requests
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding travel and meeting room requirements
- Arranging travel, accommodation and catering as required
- Providing ad hoc assistance as required
**To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
- A sound understanding of Fleet Operations, Fleet Management and Finance/Leasing principles
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment, dealing with tight timelines and cross functional tasks
