**About the role**:
Whilst not directly involved in sales, as a **Fleet and Travel Administration Officer** you play a critical role in ensuring our Sales teams can. Reporting to the Fleet and Travel Manager you will provide outstanding support and reporting across all elements of our fleet management process. You will also provide additional support as required to our Travel team regarding travel bookings and event management.
With a fleet of over 450 on-road sales staff and significant travel requirements for staff across the business, no 2 days will be the same. Our small but dynamic team know how to prioritise their work to get the job done
**Your key roles and responsibilities in this role include**:

- Assisting and advising staff on all fleet related enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records of all fleet accidents and incidents
- Responding to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Full administration support to the Fleet & Travel Manager,
- Providing monthly analysis and data reconciliation for all vehicles in the fleet, including lease data, fuel charges and usage
- Provide support as required with travel and event enquiries and requests

**About You**:
You are team player who loves working in a fast paced environment delivering amazing service and support to business stakeholders. You will also have:

- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
- A sound understanding of Fleet Operations, Fleet Management and Finance/Leasing principles
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
- Confident communication, decision making and influencing skills
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
