**Requirements**:
About you
- You have all round administration and customer service experience and looking for a busy and varied environment.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient time and task management
- Competitive mindset - you have great initiative to get tasks done and just do it.
- Proficient IT skills and competent in Microsoft Outlook.
- You have a great eye for detail, and have a high level of accuracy in your work.
- You are a great team player who can work autonomously on occasions
- You have great interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with customers over the phone.
- You have a mature disposition and positive outlook
- A passion for horticulture would be beneficial.
- Prior project Sales & Marketing experience

About the role

In this dynamic role, you'll wear multiple hats - Marketing Coordinator, and Internal Project Sales. You will be a key player across various departments, focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving marketing initiatives, and offering robust sales support.

**Internal Sales**:

- Monitor and organize the sales inbox, delegate leads to the Sales/BDM's
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls including recording information in CRM (Pipedrive)
- Assist with reactive customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and more.
- Proactive follow up phone calls on quotations.
- Proactive telemarketing phone calls
- Assist in pre-visit preparations for Business Development Managers.
- Respond to customer inquiries on quotes, orders, and payments swiftly and accurately.
- Preparation of quotations and some quotation preparation for key commercial quotation

Marketing Co-ordinator
- Working to and actioning the strategic marketing plan for the business.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar
- Create compelling content for digital and print channels
- Assist in implementing effective marketing campaigns and tools
- Manage the company website and oversee SEO efforts

We will be needing you to help keep a busy sales office running smoothly and have good attention to detail.
